Privacy Policy
How project inquiry information is collected, stored, and routed by this website.
Information submitted through the form
The homepage inquiry form requires a full name and email address. Phone and project details are optional. The website server validates and cleans these values before saving them. The site also adds its name and page address to the routing information sent with an inquiry.
Storage and routing
Each valid inquiry is saved in the website database with a UTC submission time before the server sends it as JSON to LocalSiteCreator. LocalSiteCreator receives the inquiry for account routing and centralized notifications. A forwarding problem does not remove the saved database record. The saved record includes the form fields and its submission time.
Access to saved inquiries
A password protected administration page is used to view saved inquiries. Signing in creates a signed, HTTP only, same site session cookie for the administration API. The cookie expires after eight hours and is limited to the administration path. The public inquiry form does not create that administration cookie.
Technical information and other services
The application request log records the request method, page path, request identifier, and response status. It does not record inquiry form bodies or query string values. The hosting and delivery systems may process technical request information needed to serve the website. The map is an illustration included with the site, and the page does not load an embedded map provider. The implementation does not include an analytics script.
Choices and questions
You can choose not to submit an inquiry and may leave the optional fields blank. Submit only information relevant to a floor inquiry. To ask about information practices, use the Contact page to reach the homepage inquiry form.
Policy updates
This policy may change when the website or its information handling changes. The version displayed here describes the site as it is currently implemented.
